Despite these turbulent times, our work still goes on, and so does its recognition. The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) has recently recognized the work of our company in collaboration, innovation and beneficial results and included us in the list of companies with Excellence in Strategic Partnership.
The 2020 Global Outsourcing 100 recognizes the world’s best outsourcing service providers and advisors. This list is based on applications received, and judging is based on a rigorous scoring methodology that includes an independent review by an independent panel of IAOP customer members with extensive experience in selecting outsourcing service providers and advisors for their organizations. The judging criteria were Collaborative Problem Solving, Impact of the Innovation and Outcome and Resulting Value Achieved.
We submitted a review of our progress and evaluation of results achieved in the banking sphere, which is one of our main activities. We put a special emphasis on the fact that we encourage our banking clients to employ tech experts too as we share our expertise with them during the project. That was the case of our fruitful collaboration with Rosbank, one of our main clients.
The key functional area impacted by the solution was online client servicing for the banking sector. Together with Rosbank, we implemented Scaled Agile methodology without interrupting the production process and delivered a quality solution to the market within the shortest timeframe.
This type of collaboration enabled top transparency of the teams functioning, which is crucial for the sector, since in this way you easily track the team’s performance and access the project status. As a result, considerably more new features were added up to the platform with shorter time-to-market and higher competitiveness due to the unique expertise handed over to the bank.
For us, this is another victory on the IAOP’s battlefield, since this February we landed on the 2020 Global Outsourcing 100® list. It showcases the most outstanding companies and will also be available in a special advertising section of the 2020 FORTUNE 500 issue of FORTUNE. The list of companies honored with the Excellence in Strategic Partnerships recognition will also appear in this issue on May 18, 2020 and will be published on IAOP’s website.
