On December 9, Qulix Systems became a signatory of the United Nations Global Compact and thus joined the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative.
Founded in 2000, the UN Global Compact calls on companies to align their strategies and operations with the Ten Principles in the areas of human rights, labor relations, environment and anti-corruption, as well as to contribute to meeting the Sustainable Development Goals. Currently, the followers of the Global Compact include 9,500+ companies from over 160 countries, representing nearly every sector and size.
The Global Compact is represented by local networks in every corner of the world, with the UN Global Compact Network in Belarus being part of the common framework which is governed by the headquarters located in New York.
We are on the list of companies and NGOs alongside with such representatives from our country as Belarusbank, UniHelp and SoftTeco.
Participation in the UN Global Compact is a confirmation of the maturity of the business, its voluntary contribution to the development of society, the state and the world as a whole. This is a demonstration that the business is guided by world standards in the field of corporate sustainability and social responsibility, carrying out systematic activities in these areas at the local level and globally.
