USABILITYLAB, the leading provider of usability services in Russia, has announced the results of the annual research.
VTB24’ mobile banking app developed by Qulix won the second position in the usability rating of iOS banking apps 2017.
The research this year focused on the following criteria: interface usability and functionality.
Furthermore, the experts assessed the accessibility of applications for persons with disabilities. These results didn’t have an impact on the rating. However, they were included into the detailed report which receives each bank.
Tinkoff Bank, VTB24, Sberbank, Alfa-Bank and Promsvyazbank entered the TOP 5.
“We want our customers to enjoy and have fun, using the ‘VTB24 Online’ mobile app to solve their daily tasks. The results of the research have shown, that the bank is moving in the right direction”, said Elena Degteva (Head of Remote Banking Services Department at VTB24).
