Team Building

We build the team in accordance with the client’s requests as to the team’s competencies in mind. We grant the client with access to our talent portal. Here, we generate the Team Profile for your project.
If necessary, we arrange team or individual interviews with you to disperse any possible doubts you may have.

Process Adaptation

As the team is ready, we outline the process framework:
- requirements management and clarification
- task decomposition and assignment

Team Onboarding
