Description:
We are looking for a tech-proficient Middle Business/System Analyst to join our Research, Development, and Innovations department and work on a project for a UK-based client (a leading vehicle, machinery, and equipment rental company).
What you will do:
- communicate with the customer, gather and analyze requirements, scrutinize the client’s domain;
- elaborate project documentation, set tasks for our design, development, and testing teams;
- enhance team cooperation, validate solutions, make presentations, implement other expertise-boosting tasks.
What we are looking for:
- written and oral English (Upper-Intermediate or higher);
- 1+ year of work experience as an IT Business Analyst;
- understanding of data normalization and denormalization, ability to work with large volumes of data;
- deep understanding of API and integration models (REST API, GraphQL, authentication, authorization, RBAC);
- ability to analyze software development stages;
- understanding work principles, features, and architecture (including microservices) of web and mobile applications;
- ability to conduct a complex analysis of business processes and develop models (BPMN);
- understanding of Agile & Scrum;
- ability to work with User Stories;
- strong self-organization and time management skills;
- ability to grasp and interpret the needs and expectations of the customer;
- experience with cross-team projects (work with other analysts and development teams) will be an advantage;
- willingness to go on business trips to England (we will provide a visa if necessary).
